Guido is an 8th generation Roman who was born and still lives in Italy, where he has been running an Italian cooking school for the past 15 years. Guido’s passion and knowledge of cooking comes from his nonna and parents and began in his home kitchen at the age of 8. Guido has enjoyed teaching English speaking guests from all over the world for many years. Each dish comes with Guido’s passion and special stories.
